Our Approach
Creating the operational structures and plans to sustain our ongoing work is one of our three goals in this first year of implementation. Creating the right operational structures means that we form the teams needed to ensure our milestones and deliverables, for each goal, are supported appropriately and can make successful progress this academic year and beyond.
Teams Supporting Planning and Implementation
There are three groups focused on leadership, planning, and coordination across all goal areas listed below.

The University Leadership Team will steer our implementation efforts, ensuring that work across the university is aligned with our university goals and strategies, and that we have the operational structures and plans in place to sustain this effort.

Goal-Specific Approach
Our success in achieving these goals relies on our ability to align and act on our commitments, and to set measurement approaches that provide both accountability and insight. While our goals are long-term stable targets, ongoing implementation of our plan will incorporate flexibility. We will build on our strategic successes with new ideas, gather broad constituent input to inform potential changes, and adjust course when needed.
